Credit card details are not stored with us.
Return Policy:
until 7 days prior to the begin of rent: will be charged 10% of the rental costs!
3 days before: 30% of the rental costs
later than 3 days before: 100% of the rental costs!
If through a fault on our part, the rental/tour is not possible,
we will, of course, refund back the full amount!
Bookings for quad tours or vehicle rentals can be made at the earliest 6 months in advance.
Bookings are possible till 24h before the tour-start of rental, but they shall be in addition requested/confirmed by phone (+41 (0) 79 250 36 06).
