Our Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services.
Once you have submitted an order, it is binding.
The data required to process your order will, of course, be treated confidentially!
We do not store credit card details.
Returns and cancellation:
Up to 7 days before the start of the hire period: 10% of the hire price will be charged!
3 days before the start of the hire period: 30% of the hire price
At any later date: 100% of the hire price!
Should the hire/tour not be possible due to a fault on our part,
we will, of course, refund the full amount!
Bookings for quad bike tours or vehicle hire can be made no earlier than 6 months in advance.
Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the tour or hire period, but these must also be requested and confirmed by telephone (+41 33 822 40 00).
